2025 New Year’s Eve Fireworks

Come one, come all!

The City of Saint John is inviting you to celebrate the end of 2025 with a stunning fireworks display tonight.

If the weather cooperates, the pyrotechnics performance will get underway at 8 pm from Long Warf.

Otherwise, the event will be rescheduled for tomorrow at 8 pm.

The City plans to keep everyone in the loop with a weather update today at noon, followed by a final confirmation tonight at 6 pm – so no one will be left out in the cold.

Did you know Fireworks originated in ancient China around the 7th century? Bamboo was thrown into fires, causing it to pop!

All the best to you and yours in 2026!
