The SPARK Celebrate Mentoring Luncheon is Big Brothers Big Sisters’ signature annual celebration — an uplifting midday event that recognizes leaders who ignite change and inspire others through mentorship. This event is a fabulous love letter to the community – recognizing Saint John mentors and the amazing impact they’ve had over the years.
The 2026 SPARK Guest Speaker is Dr. Roxanne Reeves, an award-winning leadership educator, researcher, and author – known for turning research into real-world action, helping leaders and organizations build healthier, more connected workplaces and communities through practical, people-first strategies.
