Traffic advisory issued for Germain Street

The City of Saint John is advising the public of a temporary traffic closure on Germain Street.

The city said the northbound lane between King Street and Grannan Street will be closed on Tuesday from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. to allow for crane lift operations.

All businesses in the area will remain open while the work is underway, according to the city.

Road signage and sidewalk directional signs will be posted to guide drivers and pedestrians through the area.

Motorists are being reminded to use caution, follow posted instructions, and be mindful of workers and pedestrians during the closure.
