Rosy Cheeks fundraiser

Looking for the perfect way to spend Family Day? We’ve found it — and it’s as heartwarming as it is fun.

This Monday, February 16th, New Brunswick Social Pediatrics is teaming up with Miramichi Canoes and Grand Bay–Westfield Winterfest to host the very first Rosy Cheeks Fundraiser — a cozy, joy‑filled winter celebration built for families, community, and brighter futures.

Hosted at the Westfield Golf & Country Club from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., this free event brings all the best parts of winter together in one place:

❄️ A full day of sliding fun — Bring your sled or borrow one on-site
Free hot chocolate & cookies to keep the chill away
🔥 Outdoor fires + marshmallow toasting
🍽 Special discounted menu from Cask & Kettle
🎶 Music, raffles, prizes, and that classic Family Day buzz
🛷 A live artisan crafting a wooden toboggan right before your eyes

It’s the kind of day that leaves cheeks rosy, hands warm, and hearts completely full.

But this event is about more than winter fun — it’s about supporting children and families across New Brunswick. Every smile, every marshmallow, every slide down the hill helps fuel the mission of NB Social Pediatrics and their Brighter Horizons Fund.
