Thank you for helping to shape the YSJ experience 

Providing an exceptional passenger experience is one of the key focus areas of our five-year strategic plan and it’s something we work at every single day. 

One of the most important tools we have is your feedback. 

Through our passenger experience survey available in the terminal, travellers are helping us identify what’s working well and where we can do better. We read every submission, and the insights truly matter. 

Because of what we’re hearing from passengers, you’ll soon notice improvements, including: 

  • New seating near security screening and in the arrivals area 
  • All-new wayfinding signage this spring, making it even simpler to navigate the terminal 

Congratulations to our recent survey draw winners: Lawrence MacFadyen (December) and Axel Steeves (January). Each received a cash prize as a thank you for taking the time to share their thoughts. 

We encourage everyone to keep the feedback coming. Watch for the QR codes around the terminal.

  • Lori Carle is the Manager of Marketing, Public & Corporate Relations at Saint John Airport, with experience that spans corporate citizenship and two decades in radio broadcasting.

    A community-minded communications leader, she is known for clear messaging, creative storytelling, and building strong, trusted partnerships.

    A UNB Saint John Political Science graduate, Lori also serves on the boards of St. Joseph’s Hospital Foundation and Hestia House and believes meaningful progress is driven by people, purpose, and relationships.
