ABOUT
The Saint John Arts Centre helps Saint John’s culture and economy thrive by being a hub for local artists. By helping talent grow and encouraging people to work together, we create a more connected community for everyone.
HISTORY
Established in 2002, the Saint John Arts Centre was born from a grassroots volunteer effort to repurpose the historic Carnegie Building into a vibrant, multidisciplinary hub. The Centre remains committed to the community by providing inclusive arts, education, and cultural programs that are accessible to everyone.
The Saint John Arts Centre features five galleries, each hosting six exhibitions annually. These rotating displays, which change every six to eight weeks, highlight a diverse array of work from local and international artists. While entry is free, public donations are welcomed.
