Those who are interested in purchasing a residential zone parking permit in Saint John may now do so as of April 14.
Buying the permit can be done in a few different ways, available via HotSpot’s website and app, or at the City Hall customer service centre, according to the City of Saint John.
The price for a year-long permit is $75 taxes included, and would come into effect from May 1, 2026 to April 30, 2027.
The city is reminding current permit holders to reapply with digital proof of residency, as they do not automatically renew.
Also, permits will not be renewed if outstanding parking tickets are attached to them.
