She carried the values of compassion, resilience, and hard work throughout her life. She and her daughter Shelley owned Your Candle Shop at Brunswick Square in uptown Saint John for over 20 years. Kathleen cherished her family above all else. Her greatest joys were her grand children and great grand children. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother to 10, great-grandmother to 16. Her love and guidance will remain a lasting legacy in the lives of those who knew her. Her home was often filled with laughter, stories, and the comfort that only she could provide.
Kathleen was a woman of strong faith and love for her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This faith was demonstrated through her service in her church as a long time Sunday School Teacher, in the way she raised her daughters, and most importantly in her daily life.
