Another busy construction season is getting underway in Saint John.
The city says projects scheduled for 2026 represent around $45 million of investment and focus on maintaining and improving roads, facilities, and essential services across the city.
Work will include enhancements at the Millidgeville wastewater treatment facility, reconstruction on Sydney Street and Canterbury Street and the Charlotte Street transportation improvement project.
Repaving and refurbishing will also be done on several streets, including Seely and Bleury Streets, Thorne Avenue and Loch Lomond Road.
Traffic may face detours throughout the summer as a result of construction work.
