With heavy hearts, the family of Inez Florence (Francis) Wilson announce her peaceful passing at home on Saturday, May 17, 2026. Born October 30, 1941, in Olinville, NB, she was a daughter of the late Kenneth G. and Ida R. (Mitchell) Francis, and widow of the late Glendon Wilson.
Inez is survived by her daughter, Deborah Raynes (Charles); brother-in-law, Paul Cullen; her cat, Boo Boo; and her grand-dogs, Bee and Raven; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Besides her husband and her parents, Inez was predeceased by her sister, Judy Cullen; and brothers: Raymond, Les, Edward, and Earl.
The family would like to thank the Saint John Police Force, Saint John Firefighters, and Paramedics for their care and compassion on Saturday night. Your kindness will not soon be forgotten.
Arrangements are under the care and direction of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (506-634-7424). In keeping with Inez’s wishes, a graveside service will take place at a later date in Browns Flat.
For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated by the family.
