Happy Teal Day!

Did you know that 2026 marks the first officially recognized Teal Day in New Brunswick?

Teal day takes place on the last Friday of the month of May, and individuals, organizations, and businesses across the province are encouraged to wear teal to show their support for survivors of sexual violence and their commitment to creating safer, more supportive communities.

Krista was honoured to have a chat with Brook about this important day. Brook is an outreach and support advocate with KVDVO (KV Domestic Violence Outreach)

Krista has worked for Country 94 since Jan 2015 and is currently your host for the LIVE ON THE DRIVE with Krista, Monday through Friday 3-6 pm. What does Krista love about country music? EVERYTHING! She loves interviewing artists like Dean Brody, Tim Hicks, Lindsay Ell, going to concerts and dancing in the control booth on King St.
