Only 11% Of Canadians Sleep Through The Night, New Poll Says

Getting a good night’s sleep is a struggle for the vast majority of us.

Only 11-percent of Canadians manage to sleep through the night without waking up before we want to, according to a new Ipsos poll for Dermalogica.

Whether they have a bedtime routine or not, Canadians generally wake up twice a night though 79-percent say they don’t experience more than three interruptions a night.

84-percent of those surveyed say they’re able to fall asleep within an hour. It takes the average Canadian 28 minutes to fall asleep.
