NB Property Tax Assessments And Bills Begin Arriving In The Mail

Property tax assessments and tax bills began arriving in mailboxes across the province last week.

Assessments have been frozen at last year’s levels, but the provincial government says tax rates set by local governments are not. In turn there are some property owners who may see their tax bills rise.

The government has launched an information campaign to help property owners understand how the amount on your bill is determined.

Additional information can be found on the Service New Brunswick website or by calling the regional assessment office.
