A couple of Maritime realtors remembering the life of Saint John builder Bob Darling known for developments in East Saint John and on the West side just to name a few.
He passed away recently after a short battle with cancer, he was in his early 70s.
Jason Stephen says Bob Darling was very humble.
“Very down to earth, whatever he could do to help a client. Those are all qualities of a great businessperson.
Ralph Stephen of Royal Lepage Atlantic worked with Bob Darling and came to know him personally through his friendship with his son, Scott.
“He was a business partner in a couple of developments and he also sat on our advisory board for a couple of years,” Stephen says “I knew him as a friend, I knew him as a business partner and as an advisor”.
Ralph Stephen says Bob was also a wonderful father and grandfather.
