Saint John Fire Crews were on the scene for 2 hours late last night and into the early morning hours tackling a suspicious structure fire at 106 Victoria Street.
The call came in around 11:45 and upon arriving crews found the occupants outside the back of the building and there was smoke as the owner had been extinguishing the fire.
The fire was found along a window sill and under the siding and was eventually put out.
The all clear to return was made after couple of hours.
The Saint John Fire Marshal and Police are both investigating the fire.
