A nursing home announcement will be made in McAdam today.
Premier Brian Gallant is expected to be at Wauklehegan Manor on Saunders Road at 3pm.
It’s expected the announcement will be related to the five year nursing home plan, which includes a thousand new nursing home beds and memory care beds in the province, as well as $108 million for renovations to existing nursing homes.
It was announced last month, Lincourt Manor in St. Stephen would receive $3.5 million for renovations over the five year period.
