Michel Cote of the organizing committee tells CHSJ News the famillies of the 1200 athletes taking part will come here to watch them compete over four days.
“It brings a lot to the hotels and the restaurants so overall it’s a great event for the region” Cote says.
Saint John last hosted the event in 2010.
Cote tells us the athletes who are 12 to 16 years old will be playing sports like soccer, volleyball, badminton and moutain biking at the qplex, UNB Saint John and Rockwood Park.
