Saint John-Rothesay MP Wayne Long made a pair of funding announcements in the Port City on Friday.
Long announced over $107,000 dollars for the Saint John Theatre Company.
That money will be used for the “Princess Street Facility Upgrades” project, and to support the Fundy Fringe Festival and Canadian Stages Series.
Long also gave out over $45,000 to Key Industries so they can make their additional program bathrooms fully accessible and barrier-free.
The company will also buy ergonomic tables and chairs with the ability to adjust heights for all participants, and equip doors with automatic openers and ramps for easy access.
