One man is in hospital after having two surgeries following a stabbing incident on Mecklenburg Street.
Saint John Police got the call around 11:30 PM to 73 Mecklenburg after reports of a man being stabbed.
Upon arriving they found a man suffering two major stab wounds who was then rushed to the hospital.
His condition is unknown at this time.
Two suspects were taken into custody at that time.
The investigation is now in the hands of major crime and police say all three were known to each other.
