19-year-old William Ronald Jordan is facing a manslaughter charge in the death of a 54-year-old Anthony Dwyer.
It all stems from an altercation on the Boardwalk last Friday night that ended with the older man being rushed to the hospital.
Police tell us one of the men “dropped” to the ground after being struck, hit his head and fell unconscious.

The gallery in the courtroom was filled to capacity with many people standing. It was a mix of ages with some people crying as the charge against Jordan was read out.
He’ll be released from custody with several conditions that include a curfew and not drinking alcohol to the point of drawing police attention.
Jordan is due back before Judge Henrik Tonning on September 10th.
The matter will be moved to a larger courtroom based on the level of interest.
