As of today, Saint John is home to two rainbow crosswalks, one uptown and one on the west side.

The uptown crosswalk is located at the foot of King Street while the west side crosswalk will be on Manawagonish Road in front of Barnhill Memorial school.
Mayor Don Darling says the visual representation of the rainbow crosswalks aim to promote themes of diversity, acceptance and inclusivity.

The rainbow crosswalks will add to the upcoming Pride week celebrations in Saint John starting August 7th.
