Thefts uptown and out east keeping Saint John police officers busy on Sunday.
In the wee hours of Sunday, officers were called to a Union Street pub about a theft.
A bartender told police a woman reached over the bar and took an envelope with a $1000 inside.
Police have some video of this incident and they plan to have a chat with the woman involved after they take a look at it.
About 9:20am, officers called to a home on Hillcrest Road in East Saint John after a break and enter in a garage sometime overnight Saturday into Sunday.
A man told police someone got into his garage and stole tools and his truck.
The truck is a white 2007 Lincoln pickup and the owner says there are only two of these vehicles in the Saint John area.
The Lincoln has a New Brunswick plate of CNC 164.
