City Police are investigating after the discovery of a severely decomposed body underneath the Viaduct on the north side. Police say it appears the body had been there for some time because they couldn’t determine whether it was a man or woman. An autopsy will be carried out.
Another investigation is underway after a fire in a vacant building at 194 and 196 Princess Street.
Three people were arrested for breaking into the vacant Mitchell Apartments in the north end.
