A business on Peters street was broken into about 230pm yesterday. A door was forced open.
It’s hard to tell what if anything was taken as the business is currently being renovated.
The Saint John police want anyone who notices suspcicious activitity to contact them at 648-3333.
Around 1230 this morning, two officers patrolling along Sandy Point Road noticed two men pushing a wagon with a bale of peat moss.
A nearby garden centre, Cedar Crest Gardens, was missing a bale of peat moss.
A man in his 20’s and a man in his 30’s were arrested and later released with the Promise to Appear in court on charges of theft and possession of stolen goods.
Children should not be left unattended in a car, occurrences can be reported by calling 648-3333 or 911 if it is an emergency.
