Stand up comedian, actor and former sports reporter Gerry Dee will be performing at Harbour Station on Thursday.
Dee is best known for his role on CBC’s hit sitcom “Mr. D”, but made his big break as a finalist on Last Comic Standing 10 years ago this year.

He says having his kids involved in some of the episodes of “Mr. D” has been a great experience.
One video, which features his daughter, has over 100 million views.
Dee says “Mr. D” really resonates well with the teaching community.
He says he gets stopped by teachers all the time.
Gerry Dee’s family are no strangers to the classroom. His father, brother and sister are all teachers.
Gerry even taught private school for nine years before he pursued a career in comedy.
Dee visited Saint John five years ago and remembers telling his tour manager how great of a spot it was right by the water, and says he’s looking forward to coming back on the 29th.
For those who remember him as a sports reporter on the Score, Dee says something is in the works that could potentially revive his sports reporting career.
