We’re not going to get much snow in Saint John from the latest storm but Environment Canada is warning about damaging winds that will accompany an intensifying low pressure system from the southwest today.
Strong southeasterly winds, occasionally gusting to 90 kilometers an hour, will develop along the Fundy coast tonight ahead of the low.
After the low passes early tomorrow morning, winds along the coast will shift to the southwest but remain strong before diminishing near midday.
Damage to roof shingles and windows is possible and the high winds may toss loose objects about or cause tree branches to break.
15 centimeters or more of snow is expected if you’re heading to Fredericton tomorrow.
