Police Investigating After Break and Enter At Kredl’s

A forensics van and caution tape was on scene at the Kredl’s corner market in Hampton after a break and enter.

Corporal George Parisella of the Sussex RCMP tells CHSJ News they were called around 9 Tuesday morning for a break and enter that happened overnight.

“The caution tape is because the store is still open and the caution tape was used to stop people from going to the area we thought the suspects used,” says Cpl. Parisella.

“The forensic van is for fingerprint analysis and to see if we could gather any evidence from the scene.”

We’re told an undisclosed amount of cash was taken and there was no damage to the store itself that was noted.

No arrests have been made at this point and there is surveillance video at the store which is being used at part of the police’s investigation.
