Dartmouth, NS Woman Is Set For Life

It’s a dream for many people to win the lottery, and a woman from Dartmouth, Nova Scotia had that dream come true.

Catherine Johnson scratched her way to $675, 000 on a Set for Life scratch and win ticket.

She told representatives from the Atlantic Lottery Corporation that she didn’t realise right away that she had won, after matching three Set for Life symbols.

She had her son doublecheck the ticket to be sure.

After confirming that it was a winner, she kept it hidden in a pot with a lid on it, in a bottom drawer.

Her plan is to use some of the winnings to travel around Nova Scotia…and she will also renovate her house.
