Saint John police have made an arrest in a hit and run that took place in east Saint John.
A 26-year-old man was arrested, searched, and found to be in possession of drugs.
Police say that it’s thought he was under the influence of intoxicating substances and is also facing charges of impaired driving, possession of marijuana, possession of crack cocaine and breaching conditions of a court order.
