Change is happening at the SPCA Animal Rescue Shelter in Saint John.
To avoid a conflict of interest, Denise Foglein has resigned from her position as Vice-President of the Board of Directors in order to assume the role as Transition Manager.
This is a temporary position that will allow her to help the staff through the current transition as a replacement for Joan Richardson as Shelter Manager is found.
