The Codiac Regional RCMP is asking the public’s help to locate a woman wanted by police in connection with seven recent armed robberies in the Moncton area.
On July 25, 2016, a warrant of arrest was issued for 31-year-old Shila LeBlanc, of Moncton. She is wanted in connection with armed robberies at the following locations.
July 20 at 12:08 a.m. at Greco on Killam Drive (note: a previous news release incorrectly stated the robbery happened on July 18)
July 21 at 11:50 p.m. at Ayers Convenience store on Killam Drive
July 22 at 4:35 a.m. at the Needs Convenience store located at 29 Elmwood Drive
July 22 at 6:25 a.m. at Chubby’s Convenience located at 121 Killam Drive
July 22 at 6:55 a.m. at the Irving located at 369 McLaughlin Drive
July 22 at 7:20 a.m. at the Esso located on Lonsdale Drive
July 22 at 4:30 p.m. at JM’s Convenience on Mill Road
In each case, the suspect was armed with a weapon. No one was injured. Money and lottery tickets were stolen.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Shila LeBlanc is asked not to approach her and to contact the Codiac RCMP at 506-857-2400.
