Two Saint John Sea Dogs have been named to Canada’s National Men’s Summer Under 18 Team that will compete in the Ivan Hlinka Memorial Cup.
Joe Veleno and prospect Shane Bowers were named to the team.
Both players represented their country at the 2015 World Under 17 Challenge.
The Ivan Hlinka Memorial Cup starts tomorrow and runs all week in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Canada can win its ninth straight championship this year.
