A 30-year-old man is a person of interest in a shooting early this morning in Lincoln and the RCMP are trying to track him down.
A 34-year-old man was shot in Tamarack Park and was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
The man police are looking for is Evan Polchies, who’s believed to have a firearm with him and the Mounties are warning you not to approach him. He’s Aboriginal with black hair and brown eyes, about 6 foot 1 and weighing about 180 pounds. He also has tattoos.
Polchies may be driving a white 2005 Kia Sorento with an Alberta licence plate BVD 2709.
