Shooting Victims To Be Honored In St. Stephen

Residents of St. Stephen will be honoring the victims of a mass shooting tomorrow (Wednesday).

27 year old Alexandre Bissonette has been formally charged with six counts of first degree murder and 5 of attempted murder in the attack on a mosque in Quebec City.

6 people are dead and 5 others remain in hospital after being critically wounded as they prayed.

The Charlotte County Abuse Prevention Network is organizing a “Community Solidarity Event, which will begin at 1pm at the entrance to Chocolate Park.

A moment of silence will be held, and green ribbons will be hung in support of muslims everywhere.
