Two New Brunswickers are being honoured by the Canadian Red Cross for their humanitarian efforts.
Jessica Brennan of Riverview will receive the young humanitarian award for being an active volunteer with many charities and at hospitals both here in the province and in Haiti.
Dr. Mahesh Raju of Saint John will receive a humanitarian award for helping to establish Dalhousie Medicine New Brunswick and for volunteering at medical clinics and hospitals around the world.
The Red Cross will honour the two recipients at a fundraising dinner in Saint John on November 9th.
