Fredericton Police Investigating Pair Of Armed Robberies

Fredericton police are investigating two armed robberies in the city this week.

On Wednesday, a man tried to rob an RBC Royal Bank on the south side of Fredericton just after 10pm but took off after he didn’t get anything.

On Sunday, a north side Ultramar was robbed just after 9pm by a man who made off with an undisclosed amount of money and goods.

Police are looking for help with identification. Anyone with information is asked to contact Major Crime at 460-2300 or Detective Fredericton Loiseau at frederic.loiseau@fredericton.ca. You can also report anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.

In both cases, Crime Stoppers is offering a reward of up to $2000 for information that leads to the arrest of the person or people responsible for the crime.
