The Law Society of New Brunswick’s discipline committee has scheduled a hearing October 30th into a notice of complaint against a former deputy justice minister for the province.
Yassin Choukri is accused of misappropriating more than $700 thousand dollars from ten clients between 2010 and 2016 while in private practice in Fredericton.
