A 33 year old man is under arrest after a robbery on King Street outside City Hall shortly before midnight.
A 67 year old man was waiting for a bus when he was assaulted and had his cellphone stolen.
Police made the arrest a short time later along Harbour Passage. The victim was treated in hospital for minor injuries.
