Two people have been arrested after a taxi driver was robbed in the north end of Saint John in the early morning hours of Wednesday.
The driver picked up a man and woman on Waterloo Street and drove them to the area of Victoria Street which is where the robbery happened, and then they took off from the scene. The driver wasn’t hurt in the robbery.
A 34-year-old woman and a 24-year-old man were arrested shortly afterwards. Police say they aren’t releasing any more details at this time.
