The stolen school bus incident will be looked into by the Anglophone South School District.
At the time it was taken, the bus was parked in the driver’s yard in a rural area near Lorneville. The driver came out and saw the bus being stolen.
Anglophone South Superintendent Zoe Watson says the timing was fortunate where the bus was empty and not full of students.
Watson says the district’s bused are GPS-equipped so the transportation manager was able to follow the bus on the chase.
