A charge of possession of child pornography has been laid against a 61-year-old Oromocto man.
The RCMP’s ICE unit, which is the Internet Child Exploitation unit, searched the man’s home last month and he appeared in court this week where he was charged.
David Pugh has been released on conditions.
He’s scheduled to be back in court on March 20.
