An RCMP officer who served in New Brunswick is being mourned as the gentle giant who always had a smile on his face and books of condolence have been set up.
42-year-old RCMP Constable Richer Dubuc leaves behind his wife and four children after being killed in a traffic collision. He was transferred from Moncton to Quebec in January and was working with the RCMP Integrated Border Enforcement Team.
He died in a collision with a farm tractor.
The books of condolence are at the RCMP headquarters in Fredericton and the Codiac Regional RCMP sation in Moncton.
