The first female chair ever has been appointed to the NB Liquor Board of Directors.
Rachelle Gagnon was named to the role this week.
She has held many senior positions on boards previously at the federal and provincial levels, and she has also been a member of the NB Liquor board of directors since 2013.
Gagnon is currently the vice president of Administration and Customer Service for Assumption Life, and she has been there for over 20 years.
Her work also includes involvement with the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce.
