Saint John Man Found Guilty Of Accessing Child Pornography

A Saint John man has been found guilty of accessing child pornography.

RCMP say 36-year-old Kevin Stephen Logan was arrested in May 2016 after the RCMP’s Integrated Internet Child Exploitation Unit searched his Saint John home and several electronic devices were seized by police.

Logan has been released under conditions as he awaits a sentencing hearing on January 3 of next year.

Those conditions include restricting his access to computers and the internet and restrictions of not being around those under the age of 16 unless he is with an adult who is aware of his conditions.
