It may surprise you to learn that online giving is 20 years old with Canadians donationg $16 billion dollars a year this way.
Darren McLeod from the New Brunswick chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals tells us they are hosting a session with Paul Nazareth of CanadaHelps to speak on the evolution of Digital Fundraising.

He says it’s an area that no one gave much thought to 10 years ago but the click through donation is an area that has grown incrementally in the last few years.
Members of the public can attend the session tomorrow with Paul Nazareth.
It’s being held in the Mary Oland Theatre at the New Brunswick Museum from 3 to 430pm.
