CRA Poll Indicates Many New Brunswickers Are Concerned About Province’s Debt

A recent poll by Corporate Research Associates shows that six out of ten people are concerned with the New Brunswick government’s current debt level.

405 adult New Brunswickers were polled by telephone between February 8th, and March 1st.

Concern is slightly lower in the northern part of the province, and is higher amongst those who are 55 years or older and are English speaking.

The New Brunswick government has stated that the provincial debt is projected to reach $14 billion by 2018.
