New Children’s Book Launched By Stonehammer

A new book has been unveiled designed to help young people understand more about the earth and the history of energy in New Brunswick as well as encouraging energy conservation.

The book entitled “Chip and Crystal Discover Energy” will be given to every grade 4 student in the province to enhance their understanding of the Earth.

The Chair of Stonehammer UNESCO Global Geopark, Andrew Logan says the students know more than you might think when it comes to energy conservation.

The book was written by a teacher, Trudy Kelly-Forsythe and she was helped along the way by a select group of grade 4 students.
