A 26-year-old Miramichi man has changed his plea to guilty after breaching conditions that he not communicate with anyone under 16.
Timothy Robichaud pleaded guilty to failure to comply with a prohibition order and failure to comply with a probation order.
The charges stem from an investigation by the RCMP Internet Child Exploitation unit after a complaint from American authorities in February that the man was communicating with a youth from the United States.
Timothy Robichaud is now in custody and will appear Miramichi court for sentencing on May 24.
