Saint Johners View Demise Of Energy East Negatively

Most Saint Johners, in a new poll by Corporate Research Associates, believe the scrapping of the Energy East pipeline will have a negative impact on the local economy.

On a scale of 1 to 10, where “1” is an extremely negative impact and “10” is an extremely positive impact, the average rating on the economic impact turned out to be a 3.5 out of 10.

30 percent of Saint Johners surveyed say the decision will have an extremely negative impact on the local economy moving forward.
