Bayside middle school’s app to help feed people in Saint John is a winner.
The school won the BMO National Student Innovation Award for Impact on School and Community at a showcase in Fredericton.

Students in one grade 8 class worked with NBCC I.T. students to create the Food for Gratitude app that will allow people to donate food, money or time to the Saint John Community Food Basket.
The competition that students from Bayside middle school won involved 50 entries and 122 judges.
